What is your order minimum?
Our minimum is 12 pieces for apparel and most items, and just 6 for tumblers. Setup (design prep, machine setup and production) takes the same time whether we decorate 1 piece or 100, so the minimum keeps quality high and pricing fair for everyone.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush service is available for tight deadlines for an added fee.
Do I get a mockup before you print?
Yes. We never start a job until you approve your mockup, and mockups are sent within 48 hours of purchase. Keep an eye on your email for the approval message.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) give the best results. High-resolution raster files (300 dpi PNG or JPG) also work. Don't have either? We offer design cleanup, logo digitizing and artwork creation.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, embroidery, laser engraving and UV printing. That covers everything from detailed full-color designs and bulk promotional apparel to custom tumblers, leather patch hats, flasks and other promo products.
What is Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing?
DTF is a modern process that produces high-resolution, full-color designs on shirts and apparel with no limits on colors or detail. It is perfect for short runs and detailed artwork.
What items can you laser engrave?
Tumblers, flasks, leather and leatherette patch hats, keychains, coasters, cutting boards, wood plaques, powder-coated drinkware, some stainless steel and select glass items. Ask us and we'll confirm whether your material works.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Along with our wide selection of hats, polos, t-shirts, hoodies and jackets, we're happy to embroider or print customer-supplied items (pending material approval). Garments must be brand new, unworn and unwashed. If an item is damaged during production, we will provide a similar-style replacement.
Can you personalize each piece with names or numbers?
Absolutely. We can individualize each piece with names, numbers or titles, which is great for teams, gifts, bridal parties and corporate awards.
